gasoline lollipops

Gasoline Lollipops is a Colorado band that combines the sincerity of dirt-floor folk with the energy and rebelliousness of punk. It’s an all-new incarnation of alt-country that’s both high energy and heartfelt, like the American highway’s soundtrack.

Denver Westword awarded Gasoline Lollipops "Best Country Artist" in 2016, and the group - which released the debut album Resurrection in February 2017 and followed it with Soul Mine just 11 months later - won the 2014, 2015 and 2017 Colorado Daily reader's polls for "Best Boulder Band."

jalan crossland

“To pin any one label on Crossland’s body of work would be a crime. It’s not country. It’s not rock. It sure as hell ain’t your daddy’s bluegrass! His characters and stories come alive to form an often dark, yet highly humorous interpretation of the American Experience.” (Marcus Huff- Laramie Zine) Kanky songs about drinkin, fightin, hobos, roughnecks, trailer park fires, oil-patch strippers, and little neighborhood dogs that bite, are lent their truth-is-stranger-than-fiction wobble by virtue of the fact that Jalan was raised and resides in a rural mountain town, population >300. “He casts a sardonic but affectionate eye on the roughhewn lives of Western people. Crossland’s ‘Big Horn Mountain Blues’ is so popular in Wyoming that it is practically the official state song.” (Michael Segell- New York Times)

“Onstage, dressed in what might be called ‘cowboy carny’ (denim, buckle boots, and a bowler hat), he is a bundle of loose-limbed energy, a lovable bad boy who alternates love songs with knockdown banjo tunes about towns known for nothing more than ‘hard luck, bad blood, bullshit, and beer’.” (Michael Segell- New York Times)

Originally from New Orleans and now based in Austin, we’re excited to announce that Seth Walker and his trio will be joining us at the Tour Bus Music Festival July 27. “This young man is pure talent, a masterful blues guitarist, a singer with some swing in his voice and a writer whose (songs) sound less composed than unleashed.” - Austin American-Statesman

Currently on tour in Europe supporting the release of his latest album Are You Open, we are thrilled to bring him to Sheridan, Wyoming.

The Two Tracks Tour Bus Music Festival Sheridan Wyoming July 27

Featuring a shredding bluegrass cello one moment, soaring poetic harmonies the next, and a rock solid rhythm section that will keep you moving the whole time, Sheridan's own (and festival host) The Two Tracks write songs that become instant favorites, creating a sound that is soulful, timeless, and unique. Their debut album won best album of Wyoming for 2016 from Wyoming Public Radio, and their 2017 release "Postcard Town" was recorded in Nashville and received national airplay allowing them to expand their touring to both coasts. The Tour Bus Music Festival is a first time collaboration with Black Tooth Brewery with the goal of bringing more quality music through Sheridan, Wyoming.

Laney Lou and the Bird Dogs

Laney Lou and the Bird Dogs are a relentlessly energetic folk-rock band based out of Bozeman , Montana. Combining a soaring four part harmony and rock 'n' roll drive, a Bird Dog show gets people dancing and singing along to original tunes and covers alike. The members of Laney Lou and the Bird Dogs come from a wide range of musical backgrounds, and found their common ground in bluegrass and country music.

Stoll Vaughan

We discovered Stoll Vaughan by listening to a live in-studio performance on Wyoming Public Radio & Media a while back and were impressed by his style and songwriting not to mention his credentials - by the mid ‘00s, he’d released two solo albums, and both were in the Top 10 on the Americana charts. He has toured with the likes of John Mellencamp, John Fogerty, James McMurtry, Marty Stuart and opened for a Def Leppard/Journey co-bill (to name a few). He currently is on tour with the The Allman Betts Band and has written songs for their new album. Check him out, you'll be glad you did.

Ryan Acker of The Last Revel

Ryan Acker of The Last Revel is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist that we first crossed paths with back in 2015 when The Last Revel won the band competition at Red Ants Pants Festival and there was an epic jam in the campground. Since then The Last Revel has toured with the Infamous Stringdusters and traveled to some of the country's best stages. We're excited to have Ryan kicking things off on the side stage.
